→ Being a vertical head for the State of Michigan government projects, led and managed multiple tracks of development / staging / production by multiple Teams of Developer, Architect, QA, Product/Project Manager to develop the Product/Project from Inception to delivery.
→ Strong working experience in documentations like Requirement, Specification Document (RSD), Business Requirement Document (BRD), Functional Design Document (FDD), Technical Design Document (TDD) etc.
→ Strong knowledge of analyzing and guiding developing User Experience (UX)
and Customer Experience (CX) for designing the PoC to deployment.
→ Streamlining the process of Development, and QA, Product / Project Management, TFS, define the acceptance criteria, Scope creeping to ensure to deliver the shippable deliverables in defined timeline to Production.
→ Led and managed different Teams, developed and delivered the different products/projects using C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core, PHP, WordPress, REST, MS SQL, MySQL, and used these tools to meet the different types of compliances: HCL AppScan, Zap tools, Burp Suite, ADA tools, Screen reader.
→ Strong working experience as an Architect in Service Oriented, Resource Oriented, Monolithic and Micro Service Architecture to design and develop the Projects/Products.
→ Well acquainted with waterfall and agile development, test driven development.
